Delivery

UK standard delivery takes 2-5 working days to deliver. We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. 

Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a 'while you were out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel. 

This will either be a re-delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.
